Quinn Beversluis started in construction in 2006 as a builder's sales rep. Ten years deep in the industry, he saw a clear opportunity to build something better — earned his Virginia Class A license in 2016, and set out to do it his way.
Quantum Construction was built on one principle: do it in-house or don't do it. No relying on subcontractors who don't share your standards. No splitting profits with people who don't share your relationship with the client. Heavy equipment, trusted crew, owner on every job.
When Quinn took on a major custom home build and needed spray foam, he refused to hand it to a corporate crew and risk his reputation. So he dug into the industry — and what he found changed everything. Gaps in knowledge. Holes in the process. Builders and homeowners confused about how the parts of a house work together. Building science that should be common sense but wasn't being communicated.
That research became an obsession. And that obsession became Quantum Spray Foam — a service built the same way Quinn built everything else: the right way, all the way, with the owner in the room.

2006 — Where It Started
Started as a builder's sales rep. Learned the business from the ground up — new construction, custom homes, client relationships. Got hooked on the craft and never stopped studying how a house really works.

2016 — Class A License
Left to earn his own Class A contractor license. Built Quantum Construction with one rule: do it in-house. Assembled a trusted crew. Bought the equipment. No substandard subs stealing profits and cutting corners.
